About the Role
We’re hiring a ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead complex development work, guide junior developers, and help shape platform direction. The role involves designing scalable solutions, working across multiple modules, and collaborating with architects and process owners. • Lead development on at least two ServiceNow products, including ITSM and CMDB. • Build advanced configurations such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer logic. • Develop and optimize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS components. • Create and maintain Scripted REST APIs, integrations, and data workflows. • Collaborate with architects to design scalable solutions and support upgrades, patches, and regression testing. • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and review junior developers’ work. • Build catalog items, record producers, and workflow automations while maintaining data quality across ITOM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, and ITSM. • Document designs, scripts, and configuration changes; translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong JavaScript expertise (client and server) and deep experience with Glide APIs and platform scripting. • Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub. • Possess solid understanding of CMDB data models, Service Portal customization, ACLs, and security rules. • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and ITIL processes; experience with Scoped Apps development. • Have 4–7+ years of ServiceNow development experience; Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent). • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments; CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications are a plus. • Able to mentor junior developers and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
