About the Role

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for the shipment, receipt, and distribution of materials in a timely and accurate manner. Duties include assisting with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in materials, storing them properly, filing documentation, and processing sales orders and invoices according to company procedures. • Update and maintain warehouse location system • Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory • Prepare export documentation as required • Maintain shipping supplies inventory • Arrange shipping/transport • Accept or reject vendor inventory transactions • Build relationships with workshop team and internal/external customers to ensure smooth operations • Participate in customer on‑call service as required • Expedite urgent orders to meet customer timelines • Identify and report unsafe work habits, incidents, or near‑misses • Comply with SMRT safety policies and applicable regulations

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related warehouse experience. The ability to operate a forklift and lift 50 lb, strong time‑management, organizational, active‑listening, and verbal and written communication skills are required. Additional qualifications include a valid driver’s license, teamwork ability, initiative, computer literacy, and a current MSHA certification or the ability to obtain one. • Hold a valid driver’s license • Possess computer literacy • Maintain a current MSHA certification or be able to obtain one
