About the Role
In this senior position you will lead the planning, delivery and completion of high‑value, multi‑site construction projects, ensuring they meet standards for quality, safety, profitability and client satisfaction. You will manage project teams, subcontractors and client relationships while embedding company systems and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. • Plan, coordinate and develop staffing levels to meet current and future workloads • Ensure quality management systems are in place to maintain prescribed standards • Monitor team performance and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed • Lead by example in promoting a strong health, safety and sustainability culture • Manage client staff and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle • Attend external pre‑start meetings and establish strong client relationships • Oversee project setup, ensuring company systems and procedures are embedded • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues proactively • Administer the valuation system to maximise cash flow and commercial outcomes • Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the project lifecycle • Ensure project delivery aligns fully with employer requirements • Deliver Design & Build, new build and refurbishment projects on time and within budget • Manage multi‑site projects valued over £30 million • Motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams through effective leadership

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with a track record of delivering design‑and‑build, new build and refurbishment projects, including multi‑site programmes valued over £30 million. Strong leadership, excellent communication and a relevant qualification such as an HNC/ONC are required. • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders • Hold a relevant qualification such as HNC/ONC (or be working towards one)
