About the Role
• Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures for both Company and contractor roles. • Coordinate development and implementation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) with project lead and planner. • Promote and maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite. • Provide interface and quality assurance to functional groups and contractors for schedule performance tracking and reporting. • Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress reports and customized updates. • Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the entire project. • Analyze deviations from the baseline master schedule, highlight bottlenecks or delays, and propose corrective actions. • Contribute integrated planning and scheduling sections to monthly project reports and specific presentations. • Assess overall schedule impact of variances or change orders. • Ensure schedule-related inputs from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors are fed back into planning systems. • Collaborate with various project disciplines to ensure accuracy and completeness of schedules.

What You Bring
The Scheduler role focuses on advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement and change management for major projects, such as data centres. The position requires deep knowledge of planning techniques, risk analysis and the ability to support project objectives across the region. • Hold a B.E/B.Tech degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) with preferred project management or construction management certification. • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a proven career growth trajectory. • Demonstrated full‑life‑cycle experience on at least one Data Center project (preferred). • Strong knowledge of project management principles and risk management. • Ability to lead, coordinate and consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports. • Willingness to work beyond core functions and support onsite teams as needed. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; builds strong working relationships. • Expert user of scheduling tools such as MS Project and Primavera, as well as Excel and PowerPoint. • Scheduling experience in commercial real estate projects is desirable.
