About the Role
• Coordinate and complete Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments, hydrogeological investigations, and sampling programs for soil, water, sediment, and vapor. • Document field activities, safety meetings, and produce reports, data tables, borehole logs, GIS/CAD files, and other deliverables in paper and digital formats. • Conduct hazardous materials surveys—including asbestos and lead sampling—and support air emissions testing programs. • Operate, calibrate, and maintain project‑specific equipment; work remotely for up to two weeks and travel interprovincially as required. • Collaborate with laboratories, clients, subcontractors, and third‑party stakeholders; compile and analyze data to support multidisciplinary design teams. • Adhere to all applicable health and safety procedures and guidelines throughout field and office work.

What You Bring
We are seeking a collaborative leader with strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a business‑focused mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and thriving in a fast‑paced, agile environment where entrepreneurship and innovation are valued. • Hold a diploma in environmental or civil engineering, engineering technology, or environmental sciences. • Possess 1–2 years of experience in environmental consulting (preferred) and a valid driver’s license. • Demonstrate strong work ethic, desire to learn, and excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and capable of statistical analysis and creating visual data representations. • Knowledge of geology, hydrogeology, basic chemistry, remediation, health & safety legislation, and related environmental topics is an asset. • Experience with groundwater, surface water, soil, and sediment sampling, as well as laboratory chain‑of‑custody procedures, is advantageous. • Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, Surfer, GINT, or database tools is considered a valuable asset.
