About the Role

The Training Coordinator assists in the leadership, administration, and coordination of the plant’s training and employee resource programs to ensure the organization develops and realizes the full potential of its workforce in support of strategic business plans and excellence. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. The coordinator supports the development of training and knowledge materials through books, videos, or other delivery mechanisms, and provides new‑hire, PIV, and crane/hoist hands‑on training while maintaining all training documentation and handling any required retraining. They conduct regular audits to verify that training materials remain effective and relevant, maintain the group’s cross‑training matrix, deliver training to individuals and groups as needed, and complete special training projects. • Develop training materials using books, videos, or other media. • Deliver hands‑on training for new hires, PIV, and crane/hoist equipment. • Maintain all training documents and manage retraining as needed. • Conduct regular audits to ensure training effectiveness. • Maintain the cross‑training matrix for the group. • Provide training to individuals and groups on demand. • Complete special training projects as assigned.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Preferred qualifications include some college coursework, knowledge of Power Automate/Power BI, experience with augmented‑reality or similar software, and strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Only applicants within a 50‑mile radius of Worcester, MA are considered, with no relocation assistance; active‑duty military members are exempt from the geographic restriction. • Hold a high school diploma or GED. • Possess at least one year of manufacturing experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. • Have knowledge of Power Automate/Power BI (preferred). • Experience with augmented‑reality or similar training software (preferred). • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
