Oversee on‑site industrial builds, managing stakeholders, schedule, budget, and client service.

About the Role
• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects. • Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. • Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized. • Ensure application of best practice on all projects. • Produce formal project status reports and other required reports. • Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly. • Manage supplier interface through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Facilitate flow of project information via regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key project milestones and budget. • Manage and monitor local design teams according to commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders. • Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field. • Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance. • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors, and suppliers. • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships to maximize new opportunities. • Offer strategic advice to project teams to achieve client and business objectives. • Capture key project information and learnings for knowledge management. • Identify and implement process improvements for internal systems. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced construction Project Manager to support large‑scale industrial manufacturing construction projects. The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with an excellent client service experience. This role is 100 % onsite Monday to Friday. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 + years of construction defense or industrial experience preferred. • Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team. • Effective presentation skills. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools. • Strong communication skills.
