About the Role
Responsibilities include operating an excavator and/or dozer skillfully in challenging terrain, performing equipment servicing and maintenance as directed, conducting daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with proper documentation, and communicating effectively. Operators must follow all company policies, MSHA and environmental regulations, and assist with additional duties as required. • Operate excavator and/or dozer in challenging terrain. • Perform equipment servicing, maintenance, and daily pre/post inspections with documentation. • Communicate effectively and follow company, MSHA, and environmental safety policies.

What You Bring
Rogers Group Inc. is seeking an Excavator Operator for its Bronte, Texas location. The successful candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery and a strong focus on safety excellence. Candidates should have prior experience with large dozers, excavators, or similar heavy equipment, be able to work outdoors in any weather, tolerate loud noise, and be willing to work overtime or extended hours.
