About the Role

The Project Controls Integration Analyst will support the Transportation division by ensuring smooth project operations, tracking costs, schedules, and performance indicators. The role blends programming, data visualization, and construction project-control expertise to drive project success across four regions. The position involves occasional physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lb, and frequent use of computer and communication tools while adhering to safety standards throughout the shift. • Verify project quantities, takeoffs, and costs with project teams. • Develop and maintain databases for construction project tracking and data entry. • Review monthly billing and payment data for accuracy and consistency. • Identify and implement process improvements to boost project efficiency. • Generate Estimate at Completion and other project evaluation reports using Tableau or Power BI. • Build and update cost-loaded schedules, coordinating with lnEight and the ERP system. • Provide technical assistance for lnEight, Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Access, and Microsoft Office. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend while performing duties. • Follow all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, and carry objects. • Interact regularly with people and technology throughout the workday. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift. • Use telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices frequently for communication. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k) retirement programs. • Utilize flexible spending accounts and employee assistance programs.

What You Bring

• Possess 1+ year of hands-on experience in construction project controls or cost analysis. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Optional certifications: Primavera P6 Professional, Tableau Essential Training, Data Visualization Storytelling. • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities. • Experience with lnEight, Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Access, and Microsoft Office. • Proficient in programming (C, C++, Java, Perl, Raspberry Pi), web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, React.js), databases (MySQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL), data‑visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and AI applications.
