About the Role
As a key member of the Sunrun retail team, you will serve as the brand’s face inside designated partner retail stores, influencing shoppers, generating excitement for solar and storage products, and educating them on renewable energy solutions. The role involves proactively scheduling appointments and helping expand Sunrun’s customer base through relationship‑building and persuasive communication. • Represent Sunrun’s brand inside partner retail stores and engage potential customers. • Generate enthusiasm for solar and battery products and educate shoppers on renewable energy. • Proactively schedule and set up solar appointments to grow the customer base. • Build and maintain relationships that influence purchasing decisions. • Work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. • Travel within a 15‑30 mile radius to cover multiple store locations. • Stand, move, and lift up to 25 lb during daily retail activities. • Meet sales targets to earn uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
