About the Role

The Chief Front Office Technical Lead provides senior‑level technical, organizational, and operational leadership to the Customer Front Office, ensuring coherent execution of enterprise priorities and mission support activities. This role oversees a broad portfolio of technical and administrative functions, including personnel actions, awards processing, enterprise briefings, and cross‑directorate coordination, and integrates information to support senior leaders such as the Chief of Staff and Chief Data Officer. Key responsibilities include leading Front Office technical and operational integration, managing the awards program, and supporting personnel management functions such as performance evaluations and manpower actions. The incumbent prepares and delivers briefings for executive governance bodies, responds to ad‑hoc taskings and data calls, and maintains up‑to‑date tracking mechanisms for staffing and program artifacts. Additional duties involve graphics development for leadership briefings, coordinating cross‑division technical inputs, and ensuring alignment of Front Office products with division priorities. • Lead Front Office technical and operational integration and prepare materials for senior leadership decision forums. • Manage the awards program, including cycle announcements, nominations tracking, reviews, and record maintenance. • Support personnel management functions such as performance evaluations, mid‑cycle feedback, and manpower actions. • Prepare and deliver briefings for executive governance bodies, including the Career Service Panel. • Respond to ad‑hoc taskings, data calls, and time‑sensitive requests from senior leadership and external stakeholders. • Maintain accurate tracking mechanisms for personnel actions, staffing matrices, and enterprise program artifacts. • Develop graphics and visual products for leadership briefings, reports, and communications. • Coordinate cross‑division technical inputs to ensure alignment with division priorities and mission objectives. • Provide professional training and development opportunities within a diverse, inclusive, People‑First culture.

What You Bring

Basic qualifications require 15–20+ years of experience supporting technical, operational, or enterprise management functions within national security space, the Intelligence Community, or DoD environments, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, business, or technical discipline. Candidates must have demonstrated experience managing enterprise personnel processes or awards programs, proven ability to support executive‑level leadership, and hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, experience supporting Front Office operations and career service panels, and familiarity with IC or DoD manpower systems. • Possess 15‑20+ years of experience in national security space, Intelligence Community, or DoD environments. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, public administration, computer science, or related field; master’s preferred. • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise personnel processes or awards programs. • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
