About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is tasked with efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and works with the Maintenance Supervisor to direct and manage overall maintenance programs. • Provide continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions. • Supply medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days of full‑time employment. • Provide flexible spending accounts and 401(k) eligibility after 90 days with a 4% match. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical repairs. • Assist the Service Manager with community tasks as needed. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls according to company policy. • Support resident functions and events. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience. • Hold an A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call. • Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, self‑starting attitude, and teamwork.
