Fleet Shift Supervisor

About the Role

The role provides direct leadership for technicians, managing workflow, assigning tasks, and overseeing day‑to‑day operations in the maintenance shop while ensuring quality repairs and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. • Oversee daily maintenance shop operations and assign work to technicians. • Coordinate and supervise all maintenance repairs, monitoring progress and quality. • Review driver repair requests and generate work order documentation. • Manage inventory of replacement parts and ensure timely restocking. • Coach, train, evaluate, and discipline personnel; contribute to termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. • Interpret and enforce organizational policies and safety regulations. • Prepare and submit required reports. • Work involves both office and field settings, using standard office equipment.
