About the Role
The role involves conducting collection activities in line with company and Federal regulations to maintain acceptable delinquency percentages while meeting key performance indicators such as phone activity and contact percentages. The employee must handle all correspondence and payments confidentially, keep systematic and organized support documentation, and request skip tracing when necessary. Additionally, they support the collections team, fulfill reasonable management requests, embody Hilton Grand Vacations values, complete required training, and comply with all company policies and procedures. • Conduct collection activities in compliance with company and Federal regulations. • Maintain required phone activity, contact percentages, and other KPIs. • Handle all correspondence and payments confidentially and ethically. • Maintain systematic, organized support documentation and request skip tracing as needed. • Assist collections staff with daily processes and procedures. • Execute reasonable requests from management. • Complete assigned company training and compliance courses. • Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures. • Communicate effectively with customers. • Remain calm and manage pressure during customer interactions. • Retain and recall knowledge to provide accurate information.
