About the Role
You will optimise and present viability and business cases for grant funding bids, ensuring full compliance with Capital Funding rules and the requirements of the Grant Funding Programme. The role requires proven experience with regulatory bodies and funders, strong collaboration with Development, Land and Partnerships, Delivery and Finance teams, and deep knowledge of OPS, the Capital Funding Guide and related regulatory requirements. • Manage Affordable Housing Programme Team to meet grant targets • Identify and secure funding from GLA, Homes England and other sources • Develop and present viability business cases for grant bids • Ensure compliance with Capital Funding rules and grant programme requirements • Collaborate with Development, Land & Partnerships, Delivery, and Finance teams

What You Bring
A solid background in development procedures across the project lifecycle is essential. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with at least two days per week in the office, and includes a range of benefits beyond the base salary. Benefits
The role is based in London at Greater London House, operating on a hybrid model. Salary ranges from £67,820 to £85,776 per annum in London and £61,698 to £77,123 nationally, with a 36‑hour flexible week.
