About the Role

Each day you will service trucks and equipment that support more than 20 million customers across the United States. Using modern tools and procedures, you will maintain both diesel and, at certain locations, CNG‑powered vehicles, ensuring reliable operation for the community. The role demands thorough inspections, precise diagnostics, and timely repairs while adhering to Standard Labor Repair Times. You will respond to emergency breakdowns, conduct safety checks, document all work, and help senior mechanics on larger projects, all within a clean and OSHA‑compliant environment. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on diverse vehicles and equipment. • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts. • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times and respond to emergency breakdown service calls. • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with corporate and OSHA safety standards. • Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times. • Assist senior mechanics with project work and handle driver vehicle inspection report repairs. • Maintain a clean, safe work area following established safety procedures.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of relevant mechanical experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be 18 years or older, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
