About the Role

In the general/operations area, the coordinator acts as the primary liaison between brokerage, operations, and corporate finance, delivering outstanding customer service to internal teams and external clients. Transaction duties include managing the brokerage pipeline with 100 % accuracy, reviewing and submitting commercial real‑estate deals for revenue recognition, collecting and validating required documents, and maintaining the lease database. The coordinator also calculates and generates invoices within 48 hours, processes all transactions in the JLL database, and provides reporting to support business development, revenue projections, and collections. Finance responsibilities involve managing property marketing reimbursables by validating contracts, tracking projects, and handling billing and accounts receivable. The role collaborates with operations, brokerage, and finance leadership to update important financial reports and ensure timely collections. • Provide white‑glove transaction support to a dynamic broker team. • Act as primary liaison between brokerage, operations, and corporate finance. • Manage the brokerage pipeline with 100 % accuracy and maintain lease databases. • Review, submit, and validate commercial real‑estate deals for revenue recognition. • Calculate and generate invoices within 48 hours of request. • Produce reporting for leadership, business development, and revenue projections. • Oversee property marketing reimbursables, contract validation, and AR billing. • Partner with finance leadership to update key financial reports.

The estimated compensation range is $70,000–$75,000 annually, based on location in Menlo Park or San Francisco, CA.
