About the Role
• Lead subcontractors, monitor performance and ensure workmanship meets specifications and procedures. • Drive quality commitment across the project team and enforce the project quality plan. • Prioritize and resolve outstanding defects and integrate quality procedures with delegated responsibilities. • Advise on planning, design suitability, material selection, and construction practices to achieve value for money and best practice. • Manage operational aspects of project delivery, optimizing systems and processes throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify required authorities, obtain approvals, and coordinate inter‑agency relationships. • Maintain the project schedule, coordinate activities, resolve issues, and prepare status reports and change orders.

What You Bring
• Require 7 + years experience constructing outdoor air‑insulated substations 220 kV or higher on large‑scale renewable projects. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Tier 1 contractor experience preferred. • Demonstrate leadership, problem‑solving, regulatory compliance, cost control and strong communication skills. • Proficient in HS&E requirements, planning, organising work schedules and MS Office suite.
