About the Role
As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will represent the firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects and other project team members, design large projects, prepare reports and specifications, and provide high‑level technical leadership. You will establish design standards, supervise report preparation and system analysis, maintain interdisciplinary coordination, monitor correspondence, supervise construction administration, conduct employee evaluations, participate in the Technical Leadership Committee and assist the Technical Director with training and mentoring. • Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams. • Design large mechanical projects and produce reports, specifications, and technical leadership. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Supervise preparation of reports, system option analyses, and building condition studies. • Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts with other trades and consultants. • Monitor and manage correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Oversee construction administration tasks such as field reports, RFI responses, bulletins, and addenda. • Conduct periodic employee evaluations and contribute to the Technical Leadership Committee. • Assist the Technical Director with technical training and staff mentoring.

What You Bring
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer • Design to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Our team is looking for a candidate with significant mechanical design experience, specifically with data center or critical facilities projects. This candidate will be office‑based and will help grow our team while managing and developing our young engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution and at least ten years of consulting experience in the MEP engineering industry. Proven data‑center design experience and hands‑on CAD/Revit skills are essential. Candidates already based in the UAE are preferred, and the position must be filled within one month. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution. • Bring at least 10 years of consulting experience in MEP engineering, including data‑center design. • Demonstrate hands‑on CAD/Revit design expertise. • Preferably reside in the UAE and be available to start within one month.
