About the Role

The Underground Foreman oversees all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, ensuring work is performed correctly and safely. Responsibilities include managing site operations, troubleshooting issues, training crew members, and operating specialized equipment. • Work on outdoor utility construction sites • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise • Train crew on various tools and equipment • Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, and other machinery • Manage all aspects of job‑site construction • Maintain safety standards and high‑quality workmanship • Coach and mentor team members • Apply telecom construction expertise (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground work) • Participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
