About the Role
The role involves monitoring site quality in education and justice sectors, applying modern construction methods, reviewing site work for compliance, coordinating specialist consultants, and communicating effectively using digital platforms. It also requires independent workload management, involvement in design and tender for maintenance projects, and conducting condition surveys with tablet software. Security clearances are required. • Conduct site quality monitoring for education and justice sector projects. • Apply modern methods of construction (MMC) in building technology assessments. • Review on‑site work to ensure contract compliance, best practices, and manufacturer recommendations. • Coordinate specialist consultants such as M&E engineers, fire consultants, and façade engineers. • Operate under JCT and NEC contract frameworks. • Manage independent workload, including design and tender of small‑to‑medium maintenance projects. • Perform condition surveys using tablet capture software. • Obtain DBS and basic security clearances for role execution.
