About the Role
• Develop urban drainage modelling capability and train junior team members • Support the team lead in managing local technical delivery • Provide technical input on urban drainage projects and influence efficient delivery • Exercise independent engineering judgement and propose innovative solutions • Maintain excellent client relationships and coordinate project meetings • Participate in business development and proposal preparation • Promote the WSP brand at industry forums and conferences • Share knowledge within the wider team

What You Bring
• Hold a relevant degree and be chartered or progressing towards chartership (ICE, IEI, IoW, CIWEM) • Demonstrate experience with wastewater hydraulic modelling (InfoWorks ICM) and ability to review technical outputs • Knowledge of Water Industry Specifications, Code of Practice for Hydraulic Modelling of Urban Drainage Systems, and relevant British Standards • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
