About the Role
You will manage the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities from planning through construction and oversee the development of technical deliverables such as process evaluations, design drawings, reports, and specifications. You will lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices, coordinate scope, schedule, and budget to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery, and serve as the primary client contact. Additionally, you will collaborate with subject‑matter experts on advanced technologies and support proposal development and business development initiatives. • Manage design of water and wastewater treatment facilities from planning through construction • Oversee technical deliverables such as process evaluations, design drawings, reports, and specifications • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple offices • Coordinate project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery • Serve as primary client contact, maintaining communication and long‑term relationships • Collaborate with experts on advanced technologies (e.g., MBR, RO, IFAS, desalination) • Support proposal development and business development initiatives

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related field and have at least eight years of experience in water or wastewater treatment design and project execution. A Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state is required, along with demonstrated experience managing complex municipal treatment projects. Strong organizational, leadership, client‑management, and communication skills are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field • Minimum 8 years of water/wastewater treatment design and project execution experience • Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state (required) • Proven experience managing complex municipal treatment projects • Strong organizational, leadership, and client‑management abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
