About the Role
• Design, develop, and optimize electromechanical components and assemblies for UPS and PDU systems. • Conduct VAVE workshops to generate product improvement ideas and achieve cost reductions. • Create and review 3D models, drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools such as Creo and AutoCAD. • Support prototype development, perform thermal, vibration, and mechanical stress testing, and validate performance with V&V and QVE teams. • Ensure designs comply with safety and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, RoHS) and prepare documentation for audits. • Provide technical support to manufacturing, assist with DFM/DFA initiatives, and address field issues through root cause analysis. • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, performance enhancement, and design simplification.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electromechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of electromechanical systems for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and PDU (Power Distribution Unit) products. The role requires strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering, hands‑on product development, prototyping, and testing, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional design teams. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing 3D models and BOMs, conducting VAVE workshops for cost reduction, supporting prototype validation, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing manufacturing support. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanical/mechatronics/mechanical engineering with 8–10 years of product development experience. • Proficient in CAD (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software (ANSYS, COMSOL); strong understanding of thermal management and electrical interfaces. • Familiar with industry standards and regulatory requirements; excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. • Preferred experience with UPS/PDU product lines, sheet‑metal and plastic enclosure design, and EMC/EMI considerations.
