About the Role
A Finance Manager role overseeing all financial operations for the New Hospital Programme joint venture. The position ensures robust cost control, manages project finances, identifies risks and opportunities, and leads statutory accounts, audits, and tax processes. Strong experience in joint venture financial management is essential to support successful programme delivery. • Manage project financial management and cost control. • Maintain statutory accounts, audits and tax submissions. • Deliver accurate month‑end reporting and forecasts. • Manage Oracle systems, bank accounts and JV finances. • Oversee invoicing, payments and reconciliations. • Ensure compliance with finance policies. • Strengthen financial processes and recoverability. • Share insights to support programme decisions.
