About the Role
In this role you will oversee all aspects of property operations, including financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, and personnel management. You will ensure company goals are met by effectively leading your team and managing day‑to‑day activities to maintain well‑kept, thriving communities. • Hire, train, and manage on‑site personnel; supervise scheduling and daily meetings. • Meet financial targets by increasing revenue, controlling expenses, preparing budgets, and managing collections. • Maintain at least 95 % occupancy, handle leasing, renewals, and ensure timely move‑ins. • Oversee maintenance operations, work orders, preventative tasks, and ensure vacant units are market‑ready. • Supervise outside contractors and manage capital improvement projects. • Develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market surveys, and monitor competition. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.

What You Bring
We expect you to bring at least five years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a good record, and proven success in monitoring financial statements, capital projects, and occupancy targets. Certifications such as ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP are a plus, and strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills are essential. • 5+ years of property management experience with a valid driver’s license and good driving record. • Preferred certifications: ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP. • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
