About the Role

You will perform penetration testing and red team operations to validate the security of the nation’s most critical systems. Leveraging tools such as Cobalt Strike, you will discover vulnerabilities and exploit them to achieve mission objectives. You will mentor mid‑level operators, craft scripts and capabilities on the fly, and work closely with our development team to create long‑term solutions. • Perform penetration testing and red team operations on critical systems. • Use Cobalt Strike to discover and exploit vulnerabilities. • Mentor mid-level operators and guide mission objectives. • Develop scripts and capabilities in real time during operations. • Collaborate with the development team to design long‑term capabilities. • Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance and IAT Level III certification.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking talented Red Team Operators and Senior Red Team Operators to join our relatively new Government red team. You will have the chance to showcase your skills at the start of the contract by passing our team’s red team assessment test. We are looking for the best and brightest to help transform the team into the top Government red team. All candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, an IAT Level III certification, and must pass the DCART operator aptitude test using Cobalt Strike before onboarding. Travel of up to 15 % to OCONUS/CONUS locations is required. Red Team Operators need at least one year of experience in red‑team assessments or offensive cyber operations, while Senior operators need three or more years and the ability to direct mid‑level staff. Desired qualifications include Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or equivalent red‑team certifications. This role is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions segment, which delivers critical resources to U.S. government customers across defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental domains. • Pass the DCART operator aptitude test with Cobalt Strike before onboarding. • Travel up to 15% to OCONUS/CONUS locations. • Red Team Operator: minimum 1 year of offensive cyber experience; Senior: 3+ years and ability to direct staff. • Hold OSCP or equivalent red‑team certification.

The salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400.
