About the Role
The Regional Wind Operations & Maintenance Manager oversees daily operations and maintenance of Constellation’s regional wind‑farm fleet, managing budgets, outage coordination, and contractor performance. The role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality maintenance while collaborating with landowners, utilities, and internal teams. Accountability includes delivering services that meet Constellation Wind O&M standards and supporting continuous improvement across the fleet. • Maintain wind turbines safely for employees and contractors. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. • Conduct maintenance quality audits and troubleshoot turbine issues. • Support wind turbine technicians and implement fleet‑wide improvements. • Manage landowner relationships, utility interactions, supplier support, and substation troubleshooting. • Oversee work order management and develop or revise maintenance procedures. • Execute high‑voltage switching safely in accordance with Constellation LOTO program. • Develop and update operating procedures for continuous improvement projects. • Produce documentation for various aspects of wind turbine O&M requirements. • Perform additional duties such as department coverage, outage support, and other assignments as directed.

What You Bring
Candidates must meet one of the education‑experience combos: a bachelor’s degree with five years of experience, an associate’s degree with seven years, or a high‑school diploma/GED with nine years. Required qualifications include relevant electrical power generation experience, access eligibility, a satisfactory medical exam, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Preferred credentials are a master’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline and proven experience in wind‑plant operations and high‑voltage maintenance. • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience, or Associate’s with 7 years, or high‑school/GED with 9 years. • Maintain required access eligibility and pass a favorable medical examination. • Experience with electrical power generation, transmission, motors/generators, or process controls standards. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications. • Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering or technical discipline. • Preferred: Experience in wind plant operations and wind turbines. • Preferred: Experience in high‑voltage maintenance and switching.
