About the Role
The role provides high‑level technical assistance and guidance for multi‑site due‑diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, improvement, and construction of infrastructure projects in both public and private sectors. Responsibilities include research, design, concept development, planning, and construction of facilities such as roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, water supply, and sewage treatment systems. The engineer substantiates reports and documentation to advise on material, installation, design, and construction specifications, ensuring quality that meets or exceeds industry standards. Key duties involve collecting and analyzing data from site surveys, GIS, subsurface utilities, hydrologic and geotechnical sources to support project development and design. The engineer applies civil engineering techniques across all project phases, develops construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, safety and phasing plans, and coordinates with owners, sub‑consultants, and clients. They also incorporate advanced technologies and monitoring devices to create future‑ready solutions and oversee cross‑functional teams, managing budgets, schedules, permits, and regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include preparing data visualizations, technical reports, and presentations for stakeholders, developing site Health and Safety Plans, and interacting with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients. The role requires staying current with civil engineering practices, exercising ethical decision‑making, and performing any other duties as needed. • Provide technical guidance for due‑diligence, investigation, remediation, permitting, and construction of multi‑site infrastructure projects. • Collect and analyze site data, surveys, GIS, subsurface utilities, hydrologic and geotechnical information for design and construction. • Develop construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, safety and phasing plans, and coordinate with owners, sub‑consultants, and clients. • Lead design and construction of infrastructure including grading, drainage, pavement, and rehabilitation projects. • Incorporate advanced technologies, monitoring devices, and modeling techniques to deliver future‑ready civil engineering solutions. • Oversee cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, track hours and expenses, and ensure compliance with permits and regulations. • Prepare data visualizations, technical reports, and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory agencies. • Develop and enforce site Health and Safety Plans and interact professionally with agencies, subcontractors, and clients.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a professional Engineer license, and 7–10 years of civil design experience, with extensive knowledge of infrastructure design, planning, and construction management. Proficiency with design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, InRoads, Geopak, GeoSlope, ANSYS, and HEC‑RAS/HMS is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering, 40‑hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification, and basic First Aid/CPR training.
