About the Role

The Labor Department Coordinator role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the department’s Contract and Pension Fund databases. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with contract administration, wage analysis, and union relations, along with mentorship and visibility into labor negotiations. • Review and update the Contracts Database to reflect revisions to Collective Bargaining Agreements. • Maintain and update the Pension Fund Database, including annual outreach to funds. • Review, calculate, and approve Union wage rate schedules. • Provide administrative assistance to the Vice President of Labor Relations.
