About the Role

The recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles, source and screen candidates, maintain pipelines, coordinate interviews, ensure a professional candidate experience, keep accurate ATS data, and support hiring events. • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles, from requisition intake to offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align hiring needs and priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach. • Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demand. • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions. • Keep accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment, strong communication and relationship‑building skills, and the ability to stay highly organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus) is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience. • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high‑volume. • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable in fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus). • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
