Senior Manager, Construction Project Management

About the Role

The manager ensures safe, high‑quality delivery of construction projects, aligning timelines and budgets with regulatory compliance. • Guide Construction/Operations Project Managers in daily delivery • Set goals and mentor junior team members • Manage multiple smaller projects or a single large construction effort • Lead by example on safety, quality standards, and company culture • Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with building regulations • Maintain and oversee project risk registers • Direct external vendors, including contractors, design teams, and equipment suppliers • Develop and support cross‑functional training programs • Administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and cost forecasts • Liaise with local authorities and state agencies • Coordinate internal teams: Design, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, IT/Network • Maintain best‑in‑class policies, procedures, and project close‑out processes

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or a related discipline and brings at least ten years of construction project management experience in critical‑infrastructure environments such as data centers or biotech facilities. The role requires daily on‑site presence in Minooka, strong knowledge of statutory regulations, and proficiency with MS Office, Project, Excel and Visio. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field • Possess 10+ years of construction project management experience in critical infrastructure • Be able to work on‑site daily at the Minooka, IL data‑center campus • Demonstrate knowledge of statutory regulations and industry best practices • Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Excel, and Visio
