About the Role
The Project Manager provides direction and management for all project phases to ensure on‑time completion within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations. They plan and define individual project goals, devise methods to accomplish them within contract terms and corporate policies, and develop an in‑depth knowledge of client objectives. Monitoring, coordinating, and documenting project flow ensures customer satisfaction and alignment with corporate objectives. The role involves managing customer sales orders and projects valued over $100,000, serving as the single point of contact from award through equipment installation, start‑up and customer remittance. Responsibilities include collecting and organizing project information, tracking progress in SAP, Microsoft Project and Excel, and developing budgets, schedules, and design criteria. The manager coordinates engineering design, documentation control, purchasing, sub‑vendors, and acts as the company representative, while monitoring milestones, reporting progress, and negotiating scope changes to address cost or schedule impacts. • Manage projects valued over $100,000 from award through installation, serving as the single point of contact. • Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and design criteria using SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel. • Coordinate engineering design, documentation control, purchasing, and sub‑vendors to ensure compliance. • Monitor project milestones, report progress, and negotiate scope changes to mitigate cost overruns. • Produce status reports, ensure legal contract adherence, and support factory acceptance testing.

What You Bring
To succeed, candidates should hold a college degree in Engineering or Business (or an associate degree with at least three years of equivalent experience), and possess strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Project and SAP, is required. Physical demands include regular sitting, occasional standing, walking, and handling materials, with reasonable accommodations provided as needed.
