About the Role
The Rental Yard Associate is responsible for maintaining rental equipment in clean, usable condition and preparing orders for delivery. This role requires adherence to safety policies, physical stamina, and the ability to perform various duties in a fast‑paced yard environment. • Clean rental equipment and surrounding area using hand tools. • Inspect equipment for damage and report findings per procedure. • Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces to specification. • Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. • Follow all safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
