About the Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator you will develop new skills and contribute to delivering high‑quality service to customers. In this role you will manage the flow of materials within the distribution center, ensuring inventory is accurately recorded and stored while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Move material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other equipment. • Receive, log, and stock incoming inventory in the warehouse system. • Read work orders, verify part numbers, and pack inventory for shipment. • Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to the Warehouse Manager. • Follow safety and accident procedures, adhering to DOT and OSHA standards. • Track inventory and maintain accurate records in the data system. • Organize and clean warehouse space and equipment as needed. • Coach associates on operational and safety practices. • Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.

What You Bring
The position requires physical stamina, the ability to operate material‑handling equipment, and proficiency with basic computer applications. • Meet physical demands: standing, walking long hours, lifting up to 25‑50 lb. • Operate a forklift (certification preferred) and use Microsoft Word and Excel. • Have at least one year of warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED.
