About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Analyst for the ANZ region will manage the cash application process, ensuring accurate allocation, timely reconciliation, and effective email management. The role works closely with property managers, portfolio accountants, tenants and on‑shore teams to guarantee precise cash‑application transactions. • Develop and implement efficient cash‑application processes. • Accurately allocate customer payments to open invoices. • Perform daily, monthly, and yearly cash reconciliations. • Collaborate with teams to resolve payment disputes quickly. • Communicate with customers to verify payment details and address inquiries. • Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives to reduce errors and manual effort. • Prepare and present aging, unapplied cash, and KPI reports. • Maintain up‑to‑date records of all cash‑application transactions. • Solve problems independently and make sound decisions. • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring
