About the Role
As a Canvass Manager you will lead a door‑to‑door marketing team to generate leads and raise local awareness. You will recruit, train, coach and motivate your team, attend weekly management meetings, and deliver reporting and ROI metrics that meet or exceed business objectives. What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a valid driver’s license, has experience in face‑to‑face marketing or lead setting, and possesses prior leadership experience. You must be able to build and recruit high‑performing teams and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires standing and walking 6–8 hours daily, working outdoors in varying weather, and the ability to stoop, bend and reach as needed. • Valid driver’s license required • Experience in face‑to‑face marketing or lead setting (canvassing) preferred • Prior leadership experience • Ability to build and recruit high‑performing teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Stand and walk 6–8 hours daily • Ability to stand, stoop, bend and reach during canvassing activities
