About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a high‑performing recruiting team to identify, attract, and hire top talent. This role oversees the full hiring lifecycle, ensures a positive candidate experience, and partners closely with hiring managers and senior leadership. • Develop and implement holistic recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. • Build and promote the employer brand through social media, events, and marketing. • Oversee full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, understand needs, and guide hiring decisions. • Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and maintain talent pipelines. • Manage ATS and leverage analytics to optimize hiring practices and report outcomes. • Lead and develop a team of recruiters where applicable.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have several years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, are proficient with applicant tracking and HR systems, understand employment law, and possess strong communication, organizational, and data‑driven problem‑solving skills. • 3‑5+ years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience. • Proficiency with ATS and HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or BambooHR. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. • Data‑driven problem‑solving approach to recruitment.
