About the Role

The Service Tech is responsible for professionally servicing a range of products such as gutters, windows, vinyl siding, bath and shower remodels, and attic insulation. Duties include assisting the Production Manager, maintaining the company vehicle, supporting installation projects, and performing warehouse tasks when service schedules are complete. The role also requires delivering accurate client feedback, upholding the company’s core values, and ensuring 100 % customer satisfaction. • Service and assess home improvement products (gutters, windows, siding, remodels, insulation) with accurate measurements. • Assist Production Manager and maintain company vehicle. • Perform installation assistance individually or on a team as needed. • Support warehouse tasks: cleaning, organizing, unloading trucks, preparing materials. • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and provide complete client feedback.

Proficiency with hand and power tools, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 100 lb are also essential. • Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to work flexible hours. • Experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or home renovation; window, siding, or related trades preferred. • Proficiency with hand and power tools, tape measures, levels, and metal brake (a plus). • Computer skills and basic office equipment knowledge. • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lb and perform basic math calculations.

This full-time position offers a base salary ranging from $35,000 to $85,000 per year, plus commission, and falls under the Skilled Labor – Trades category.
