About the Role
• Respond to scheduled and emergency residential service calls. • Diagnose and repair panels, circuits, breakers, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, switches, and related components. • Perform home warranty repairs and ensure homeowner satisfaction through quality service and clear communication. • Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while working in lived‑in homes. • Accurately complete service tickets, documenting repairs, parts used, and next steps. • Execute work in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards. • Keep company vehicles, tools, and personal protective equipment clean and functional. • Communicate effectively with service coordinators, homeowners, and field leadership. • Identify opportunities to improve system performance or customer satisfaction.

No formal education is required, but applicants should have 2‑4 years of relevant experience. A minimum of two years as a residential service electrician is required. Required qualifications include strong electrical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of NEC compliance, high‑quality workmanship, excellent communication, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Preferred qualifications are a journeyman electrician license and bilingual (English/Spanish) ability. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, on ladders, or in confined spaces, and performing tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
