The Activation/Reservations Team Lead (PM shift, 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm) works in a fast‑paced call‑center environment, handling multiple tasks and resolving issues with urgency. The role requires flexibility to cover evenings and weekends according to call‑center needs and benefits from a background in timeshare or hospitality. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while multitasking. • Ability to think critically and solve problems urgently. • Willingness to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed. • Timeshare/hospitality background preferred. • Strong customer service orientation with enthusiastic, energetic, professional demeanor. • Excellent organizational, detail‑oriented skills and ability to set priorities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and basic data entry/word processing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Large call‑center environment experience preferred. • Sales experience preferred.
