About the Role
JLL is seeking a proactive Transport Manager to oversee passenger transport operations at Manyata Tech Park, one of Bangalore’s largest business hubs. The role ensures safe, efficient, and customer‑centric transport services for employees and visitors across the campus. • Manage fleet of employee buses and shuttles, ensuring maintenance, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance. • Supervise drivers, implement safety and customer‑service training, and monitor performance. • Maintain high passenger service standards and enforce safety procedures during boarding, travel, and disembarkation. • Plan and manage transport schedules and routes to ensure punctual and reliable service. • Secure licenses and permits, keep accurate records of inspections, driver hours, and incidents. • Control transportation costs, monitor fuel and maintenance expenses, and allocate resources efficiently. • Communicate route, schedule, and service updates to passengers and collaborate with internal teams.
