About the Role
Mortenson is seeking a Solar Laborer I who will be responsible for preparing, handling, and supplying materials used by other crafts on solar projects. The role supports equipment and material logistics and assists with solar panel installation and related tasks. • Load and unload equipment and materials. • Prepare, handle, and supply materials for other crafts. • Install solar panels. • Perform rigging tasks. • Assemble racking. • Assemble torque tubes. • Conduct general cleanup and debris removal. • Manage wiring. • Operate power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements.

What You Bring
