About the Role
Supervises daily operations to improve production, maintain costs, and ensure safety. The position works Monday‑Friday starting at 8:00 am, with flexibility to work Saturdays when needed and occasional 2nd‑shift coverage for vacations or other gaps. Manages daily plant operations, inventory of safety and operational supplies, and plant logistics. Oversees production staff, coordinates workflow, and ensures quality control while entering finished goods into inventory and ordering needed materials. Provides coaching, training, performance evaluations, and input on termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. Investigates safety compliance and submits weekly and month‑end reports to senior management. The role operates in a hybrid environment, mixing office duties with plant/field work and regularly using standard office equipment. What You Bring
Required qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and four to six years of relevant experience.
