What You Bring

We are seeking an ambitious EICR Electrician to join our dynamic, technology‑driven team; the ideal candidate will have experience in electrical contracting, building services or facilities maintenance, embody values of performance, integrity, teamwork and excellence, and thrive in a fast‑paced, independent work environment. • Qualified under 2391 (or equivalent) with inspection & testing experience • Experience with various vintages and types of electrical systems and equipment • Good understanding of BS7671 2018 amendment and modern test equipment • Ability to fault‑find electrical systems (preferred) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Organised, responsible, accountable with keen eye for detail • Effective problem‑solving, documentation and risk‑assessment abilities • Adaptable to diverse client environments and requirements

Benefits

The role offers a basic salary of £45,000 with total earnings potential up to £60,000 inclusive of overtime, alongside a suite of benefits such as a company vehicle, fuel card, door‑to‑door travel pay, tools, equipment, generous holiday entitlement, pension contributions, comprehensive training, and regular team events. Successful candidates will enter a progressive training programme after probation, gaining expertise in predictive maintenance technologies and high‑voltage engineering, with compensation reviews aligned to engineering level, capability and output throughout their development.
