Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. They assess customers' storage needs, suggest solutions and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, keep customers current on payments, and place reminder or collection calls as required. • Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits. • Manage payment collections, including reminder and collection calls. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas.

What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds free of debris. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food or other service‑based roles. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required; mileage reimbursement is provided. • Prior experience in customer‑service sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.).
