About the Role

Key duties include providing process and safety improvement ideas, ensuring machines and tools are properly calibrated, and performing housekeeping tasks following the 5S methodology. • Generate process and safety improvement suggestions • Calibrate machines and tools; conduct 5S housekeeping • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lb; operate crane after training • Read and interpret SOPs, wiring diagrams, and bills of material • Use hand tools to manipulate metal or wire

What You Bring

The role is located at our Richmond, VA facility. No relocation assistance is provided, and candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Richmond, although active‑duty military personnel are exempt from this geographic limitation. Applicants should have experience in production, packaging, or construction, or equivalent education, along with familiarity with standard operating procedures and product electrical assembly, maintenance, or repair. A basic working knowledge of computers and the ability to read SOPs, wiring diagrams, and bills of material is required. Candidates must be able to work daily and/or weekend overtime, flex to different areas or local plants as needed, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lb, operate a crane after training, stand for extended periods, and use hand tools to manipulate metal or wire. • Work overtime and flex to other plants as needed • Possess basic computer skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures
