What You Bring

This role calls for a seasoned project management professional who independently guides projects from inception through delivery, works with various functional groups, and safeguards project profitability. Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma, possess three+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or building automation, and have a valid, insurable driver’s license; a bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong leadership, communication, and financial reporting abilities are preferred. • High School Diploma or GED. • At least 3 years experience in HVAC, construction, or building automation and controls. • Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite. • Valid, insurable driver’s license. • Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or building automation (3‑4‑year program). • Ability to lead and motivate teams. • Strong problem‑solving, planning, and project management skills. • Proficient in reading and interpreting scopes of work. • Exceptional written and verbal communication. • General knowledge of employment laws and practices. • Experience with project financial reporting. • Field experience commissioning DDC systems or deploying automation solutions. • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous challenges across disciplines.
