Job Highlights
About the Role
The associate will manage a variety of testing and assessment activities related to building enclosures, ensuring quality and compliance throughout project lifecycles. • Conduct building enclosure testing and assessments, including air leakage and roof evaluations. • Perform forensic investigation analysis and develop repair designs for facilities. • Review design specifications and execute field performance testing. • Schedule, supervise, and coordinate the work of facilities technicians. • Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, and other deliverables. • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development. • Promote workplace safety and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment. • Assist with construction quality‑assurance observations and commissioning consulting.

What You Bring
• Hold a B.Arch/M.Arch accredited by NAAB or a BS in Engineering/Building Science from an ABET‑accredited program. • Possess 0–2 years of building facilities consulting experience; non‑destructive testing experience preferred. • IIBEC certifications (RRO, RRC, REWO, REWC, RBEC) are encouraged.
