About the Role

• Collaborate with Project Management and Commercial teams to manage project risks and achieve goals • Organise risk workshops to identify potential project issues • Guide team members in maintaining and updating risk registers, including causes, impacts, and response proposals • Provide data and basic analysis for monthly risk reporting • Build stakeholder relationships to promote a positive risk culture

What You Bring

Applicants must have full right to work in the UK and be willing to work from home with a minimum of two days on‑site at the Suffolk office. • Relevant exposure to project management or project controls environments • Experience across various construction projects • Technical understanding of risk methodologies, mitigation processes, and enterprise‑level techniques • Effective communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences • Willingness to question assumptions and improve performance data delivery • Recognised project management qualification (e.g., APM or IRM) – desirable • Proficiency with quantitative risk analysis tools (e.g., @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, ARM, Safran) – desirable
